A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies any results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages sent by email may be retained so our team can answer them. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Our servers receive basic technical details when a page loads:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site identifies where Maricopa County records can be requested, including MCSO, the courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and the Arizona DPS Sex Offender Registry / OffenderWatch. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the provider's privacy policy, including its retention and sharing practices. Review that policy before sending a query because we do not control those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to court portals, sheriff and state agency pages, legal resources, or outside tools. Once you leave, the destination's privacy terms apply. Read them before sharing personal details.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Analytics providers that measure traffic and performance
- Search partners processing a query you submit

- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
